Prepares and submit regulatory reports for all frequencies to CBRC, PBOC and SAFE on time without error. ? Maintain and provide required supporting documents for the internal regulatory reporting control assessment (JUNO controls) ? Perform robust controls on the reported items per regulatory reporting procedures and provide required analysis/explanations on the material movements required from internal stakeholders or regulators ? Implement Internal regulatory reporting prudential standards in regarding to the controls/documentations/records keeping etc ? Examines range of regulatory reporting book ledgers for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting principles. ? Support BJ regulatory reporting or daily compliance ratio monitoring if required

? Manage MAM Tmall and JD China operations, e.g. event, promotion, stock management, etc. ? Optimize and manage the entire operation process and coordinate with Marketing, Logistic, Merchandizing etc. to deliver operation excellence. ? Manage local business partners, TP, on site analysis, and user experience optimization to improve customer online shopping experience. ? Identify new requirements in a fast evolving market, increase online shopping experience to convert and retain the business. ? Lead internal team to deliver ongoing business SOP, analyze and improve operation quality continuously. ? Manage to ensure the overall e-commerce supply chain process optimization including demand planning, logistics, inventory & safety stock planning for TM and JD channels. ? Supervise the warehouse activities to make sure operations related flows are seamless, deliver last mile service to full-fill customers’ needs. ? Ad hoc requirements from management levels.
? University degree in Business, ecommerce, marketing or related discipline. ? At least 5 years relevant experience in China ecommerce, Tmall experience is must. ? Hands-on experience in whole ecommerce process management, platform operation & promotion plan, understand e-MKT and e-Merchandise. ? Strong in time management skills with detail-oriented mindset. ? Good at data analysis. ? Flexibility and adaptability ? Positive, independent and a good team player. ? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
